Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Excellurite at excellurite.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2. The Service

Excellurite is a business operating system that provides project and task management, CRM, HR and recruitment, documents, time and workload tracking, expenses and invoicing, analytics, AI assistance, email and calendar integrations, and workflow automation within an isolated workspace.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• Each workspace is isolated; administrators control membership, roles and permissions.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and inside workspaces you administer.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.

4. Trials, subscriptions and billing

• New workspaces include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through PayPal according to the plan and seat count you select.
• Seat limits are enforced; inviting or activating members beyond your plan's seats is not permitted.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Attempt to access other workspaces, probe security, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content you have no right to use.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email through connected integrations.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service.

6. Connected integrations

Google and Microsoft integrations are optional and connected by you. You authorize Excellurite to access only the scopes you approve, solely to provide the integration features. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Your data

• You retain ownership of the data you store in your workspace.
• You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for the legality of the data you upload and for having the right to store it.

8. AI features

Excellurite AI generates answers and drafts from your workspace context. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sending it.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or modify features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance or security reasons.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. On termination, access ends and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Excellurite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
